1. Information we may process

Different product features require different information. Related information is involved only when users actively use a feature, upload content or enter content:

• Account and contact information, such as email address, support messages and necessary communication records.
• User-provided content, such as WILDOT nature observation photos, capture or import method, user-confirmed identification, personal Catalog and display name; FishTrail spots, catches, gear and trip logs; DeadlineKeeper important dates, membership and renewal cycles, amounts and optional notes; SeasonGrow garden records and preferences; Lunch Committee restaurants, dishes and plans; Warranty Notes items and receipt photos; Go Checklist plans and items; and Unwritten Days answers, future letters and private memories.
• Location, weather and reminder-related information, such as WILDOT precise observation coordinates, city-level or coarse location used externally, coarse location authorized by the user, manually selected cities, fishing spot coordinates, catch locations, local reminders, product preferences, language and unit settings, and weather risk information used for reference suggestions.
• Generated and saved content, such as WILDOT AI identification candidates, user-confirmed results, personal Catalog, private map footprints and share cards, together with other product recommendations, history, favorites, records, plans, exports and in-app settings.
• Device and usage information, such as device model, system version, app version, feature usage, error logs, crash information and basic diagnostics.
• Purchase status information for products that offer paid access. We only process purchase status, product type and validity returned by an app store or official payment channel, such as SeasonGrow Plus, DeadlineKeeper Pro, Fishing Pro, Go Checklist Pro or Unwritten Days Pro access; we do not directly collect bank card numbers or third-party payment accounts. Lunch Committee does not ask users to enter bank card or third-party payment account details.

2. How information is used

We process related information mainly for the following purposes:

• Provide core product features such as garden records, important date records, local reminders, fishing spots, catches, gear logs, home warranty records or recommendation reasons.
• Support FishTrail outdoor records, such as saving spots, catches, gear, weather snapshots and trip reviews.
• Support DeadlineKeeper's important-date dashboard for memberships and renewals, birthdays, anniversaries, document expiries and custom key dates, including countdowns, pinned focus, local notifications, membership spending totals, renewal forecasts and CSV import/export.
• Provide home gardening features such as planting suggestions, growth stage calculation, growth-stage images, weather risk notices, local care reminders and garden data export.
• Support Lunch Committee lunch planning, such as maintaining restaurants and dishes, saving lunch preferences, generating weekday plans, showing recommendation reasons and managing local sample data.
• Support Warranty Notes home item management, such as saving receipt photos, repair records, warranty status, maintenance reminders, item summaries and JSON export.
• Support Go Checklist departure checks, such as saving plans, item categories, required states, preparation progress, local reminders, text sharing and JSON export.
• Support Unwritten Days private journaling, such as saving target age, daily answers, future letters, unfinished items, private memories, local reminders and JSON export.
• Support WILDOT nature discovery, such as processing a user-captured or selected photo, generating identification candidates, saving the user-confirmed result, building a personal Catalog, displaying a private map footprint and creating shared material with reduced location precision.
• Maintain understandable product states such as preferences, settings, recent records or user-saved content.
• Improve product stability and experience, including error diagnosis, crash analysis, interaction improvements and user feedback handling.
• Handle safety, security, privacy requests and necessary compliance communication.

3. Photos and personal content

Photos and personal content are used for the feature chosen by the user, such as nature observation and identification, fishing spot and catch review, important date reminders, garden records, lunch planning, warranty receipt storage, departure checklist organization or private life journaling. We will not use personal content for public display, case studies or marketing without explicit authorization. WILDOT raw observations and precise coordinates are private by default; shared material uses only city-level or coarser location, with blur, delay or hiding for sensitive species. AI results require user confirmation and do not replace expert identification. SeasonGrow catalog images are product assets; user growth photos stay on device and are not sent to AI. DeadlineKeeper does not request external account credentials. FishTrail spots and photos are private by default. Other products request photos or permissions only when required by a user-chosen feature.

4. Deletion and controls

Each product provides relevant controls according to its features, including deletion of WILDOT accounts, observation photos, location, identification records and Catalog entries, as well as fishing records, DeadlineKeeper important dates and membership inputs, garden records, Lunch Committee food libraries, Warranty Notes items and receipt photos, Go Checklist plans and items, and Unwritten Days answers, future letters or private memories. Products that support export provide user-initiated export. Users may also contact support for account, content or data deletion help.

5. Service providers

To provide functions such as image identification, image assets, maps, weather data, storage, diagnostics, sign-in and email support, we may use third-party service providers to process information required for those services. Under WILDOT's current launch plan, account, photo, location and identification data would initially be processed and stored in the China region; before release, the app and relevant store information will clearly disclose the actual processing region, cross-border arrangements and user choices. SeasonGrow sends public system-region reference coordinates to Open-Meteo, with no GPS or manual city picker. Catalog images are product assets; user growth photos stay on device. We aim to limit provider processing to the necessary scope and apply reasonable safeguards.

6. Content and professional boundaries

Yuanhuo products provide previews, records, organization and reference suggestions for everyday contexts. They do not provide medical, nutritional, psychological, legal, financial, agricultural, gardening, food-safety, outdoor-safety, warranty-service, lifespan-prediction, crisis-intervention or expert species-identification judgments, and do not generate adult content. WILDOT AI candidates must not be the sole basis for touching, eating or handling an organism or publishing a sensitive species location. Lunch Committee plans are not nutrition or food-safety advice; Warranty Notes is not affiliated with a brand or service provider; Go Checklist does not provide bookings; and Unwritten Days does not provide therapy, diagnosis, lifespan prediction or crisis intervention.

7. Minors

If minors use related products, they should do so with the knowledge and guidance of a guardian. We do not encourage minors to upload sensitive photos, detailed location information or other personal content that is not suitable for public exposure or long-term retention.
