Usage and planning

What is Lunch Committee?

Lunch Committee is a weekday lunch planning tool that helps users manage nearby restaurants and common dishes, then generate Monday-to-Friday lunch plans from budget, distance, taste, weekly mode and preferences.

How do I generate a weekly plan?

Maintain restaurants and dishes in the food library, then set budget, distance, avoid tags and weekly mode in preferences. The app uses those inputs to create a weekday lunch plan.

What if I do not want today’s pick?

Use single-day replacement to get another recommendation, or lock days you already like. Locked days are kept when regenerating the plan.

Where can I see the reason?

Plans include reasons for each pick. Users can also expand the choice process to see candidates, filters, mode matching, score and final selection.

Data and plan display

Does data sync to the cloud?

Restaurants, dishes, preferences and plans are stored on the device by default.

What is included with Plus or Team?

Plus and Team labels explain the capacity and features included in each plan. Available access is shown in the app, and Lunch Committee does not ask for bank card or third-party payment account details.

How do I clear or reset data?

Use the in-app sample-data reset entry where available. Resetting or deleting the app may make local records unrecoverable.

Does Lunch Committee provide nutrition advice?

No. Lunch plans are everyday references based on user-entered data and preferences. They do not provide professional nutrition, medical, food-safety or allergy-risk advice.
