What is SeasonGrow?

SeasonGrow is a home gardening planner for balconies, patios, indoor spaces and small home gardens. It helps users see seasonal vegetable, herb, flower and indoor plant suggestions, then track progress from sowing to harvest.

Which region is used for weather?

No GPS or manual city picker is used. The United States system region maps to San Francisco; all other regions map to Jiangsu for reference weather, not your actual location.

Can I use it when the network is unavailable?

You can use the local plant catalog and saved garden records for basic reference suggestions. Weather risks and content that requires online refresh may be temporarily unavailable.

Are weather and planting suggestions always accurate?

No. Results depend on local weather, soil, variety, sunlight, watering and care. Please use the suggestions as home-growing references.

How do I turn off care reminders?

You can manage reminders in the app or disable SeasonGrow notifications in iOS Settings. Local care reminders will stop after notification permission is disabled.

Subscription and data

How do I cancel or restore a Plus subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. You can cancel or change a subscription in Apple ID subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases in the app when you need to recover access. Plus includes unlimited plant records and a 30-day care schedule (the free tier allows ten plants and a five-day schedule).

Will my garden records be public?

No. SeasonGrow is not a public community product. Garden records, reminder preferences and location notes are not displayed publicly or used for marketing without authorization.

How can I delete data?

You can manage garden records and reminder settings in the app, but JSON and garden data export are not available. Deleting the app usually removes app data stored on the device. Contact support if you need help with privacy or data handling questions.
