What is Warranty Notes?

Warranty Notes is a home item and warranty reminder tool for purchase dates, warranty terms, receipt photos, repair records and maintenance reminders.

Do I need to log in or stay online?

Item details, photos and reminders stay on the device by default.

How is warranty status calculated?

The app calculates remaining days, expiring soon and expired states from the purchase date and warranty term entered by the user. Actual rights still depend on seller, brand and applicable law.

Can I track repairs and maintenance?

Yes. You can record repair date, reason, method, cost, notes and create maintenance or warranty expiry reminders.

Photos, reminders and data

Are receipt photos uploaded?

No, not by default. Photos are selected by the user through the system photo picker and stored locally.

What if a reminder does not appear?

Check system notification permission, Focus mode, reminder date and whether the item reminder is enabled. Local notifications are scheduled by iOS.

How do I export or clear data?

The app supports user-initiated JSON export, single item summaries and local data clearing. Clearing data or deleting the app may make local records unrecoverable.

Does Warranty Notes provide official service decisions?

No. The app is only a personal record and reminder tool, and is not affiliated with any brand, retailer or service provider.
