DeadlineKeeper Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the DeadlineKeeper iOS and Android apps provided by Beijing Yuanhuo Network Technology Co., Ltd. It is a local-first dashboard for important dates, expiries and renewals. Data, permissions and subscriptions are explained separately for each platform below.
iOS app
1. Data we collect
DeadlineKeeper does not collect data that identifies users, does not integrate advertising SDKs, does not use third-party analytics SDKs and does not track users across apps or websites.
2. Data stored on device
Important dates, membership and renewal cycles, amounts, optional notes, reminder settings, theme, language and default currency preferences created in DeadlineKeeper are stored on the user's device by default. Membership spending totals and renewal forecasts are calculated from those user-entered values on the device. DeadlineKeeper has no account system and does not upload these records to DeadlineKeeper servers.
3. Local notifications
DeadlineKeeper requests local notification permission only when users save items with reminders. Local notifications are scheduled and delivered by iOS on the device. Reminders will not arrive after notification permission is disabled.
4. Information users should not record
Please do not record external membership account names, passwords, ID numbers, bank card numbers or other sensitive credentials in DeadlineKeeper. DeadlineKeeper is designed for important dates, expiries, renewal cycles, amounts and local reminders, not for storing external account credentials.
5. Pro subscription
DeadlineKeeper Pro subscriptions are handled by the App Store. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are managed by Apple. DeadlineKeeper only uses StoreKit to determine entitlement status on the device.
Android app
1. On-device items and settings
Important dates, membership and card ledgers, reminder times, language and theme settings are kept in an on-device database or preferences. The Android app requires no DeadlineKeeper account and offers no project cloud sync operated by DeadlineKeeper servers. Spending totals and renewal forecasts are calculated on device from values you enter.
2. CSV files and sharing you choose
Pro CSV import and export read or write only files you select through the Android file picker; the app does not scan other files. Exported CSV files or share cards may contain personal dates and amounts. If you save or share them elsewhere, the selected storage provider or recipient app handles that content.
3. Android backup and device transfer
The Android app allows system backup and device transfer; its backup rules include the local database and preferences. If Android or Google backup or device transfer is enabled, the system may copy that data to your Google account backup or another device. Availability and restoration depend on system, device and account settings. This is not cloud sync or recovery operated by DeadlineKeeper.
4. Notifications and photo access
When you enable reminders, the Android app requests notification permission where required and schedules local notifications. Disabled permission or reminder channels and battery restrictions may prevent or delay delivery. Saving a share card to photos may request write permission on older Android versions; the app does not request permission to read your photo library.
5. Google Play subscriptions and third-party processing
The Android app uses Google Play Billing to query products, process monthly or yearly Pro subscriptions and update access from purchase status. Google Play handles payment and subscriptions; Google's purchase and related services may process account, transaction, device or network information under Google's privacy terms. The Google Play Billing SDK includes diagnostic transport that can send app and device information (such as versions, model, language and network type) and Billing diagnostics to Google. The app includes no ads or separate analytics SDKs. Project content is not uploaded to DeadlineKeeper servers. This does not mean Google Play, system backup or chosen sharing destinations process no data. The Play Data safety declaration must be checked separately against actual SDK behavior.
6. Deletion and sensitive information
You can delete items and related local records in the app. Manage exported files, shared images and system backups separately where they are stored; uninstalling the app may not remove those copies. Do not record external passwords, identity numbers, bank card numbers or other sensitive credentials.
