iOS app · Usage and reminders
What is DeadlineKeeper?
DeadlineKeeper is an important-date dashboard for memberships and renewals, birthdays, anniversaries, document expiries, memorial dates and custom key dates, with local notifications to help users avoid missing them.
Is DeadlineKeeper a general calendar or notes app?
No. DeadlineKeeper is focused on dates, expiries and renewals that need attention. Its date view supports the dashboard, but it is not intended to replace a full calendar or become a general notes system.
How do membership spending and renewal forecasts work?
DeadlineKeeper uses the amounts and renewal cycles entered by the user to calculate spending totals and upcoming renewal forecasts on the device. These summaries are estimates for planning, not bank, billing or financial account data.
What if I do not receive reminders?
Check whether iOS allows DeadlineKeeper notifications, whether Focus mode is enabled, whether the item has reminder offset and time settings, and whether the item has been archived or deleted.
Does DeadlineKeeper ask for membership accounts or passwords?
No. DeadlineKeeper records important dates, expiration dates, amounts and reminders. It does not ask for external membership accounts, passwords, ID numbers or bank card numbers.
Does data sync to the cloud?
DeadlineKeeper stores data locally by default and does not provide cloud sync. Before deleting the app or changing devices, use the in-app supported method to export or back up important records.
iOS app · Pro subscription
What does DeadlineKeeper Pro include?
Pro unlocks unlimited time items, unlimited pinned focus, custom reminder time, CSV import/export and fuller membership spending and renewal forecast summaries. Reminders on the day or 3, 7 or 30 days before are also available in the free version.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open iOS Settings, go to Apple ID subscriptions, find DeadlineKeeper Pro and cancel it there. Subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple.
How do I restore purchases?
Open DeadlineKeeper's Pro page and tap Restore Purchases to refresh entitlement status.
Android app · Usage and reminders
Is the Android app publicly available?
Yes, in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan through Google Play. Scan the QR code or open Google Play from the DeadlineKeeper product page; check the store for availability elsewhere.
What if reminders do not arrive?
Check Android notification permission, the DeadlineKeeper reminder channel, Do Not Disturb, battery restrictions, whether the item is archived, and its reminder date and time. Android schedules these local reminders inexactly, so delivery may be delayed. Reminder time can currently be customized without Pro on Android.
How do items, CSV files and device backups work?
Items and card ledgers are stored on device. Pro can import or export item and card-ledger CSV files through the Android file picker. Android backup or device transfer may copy the database and settings, but availability and successful restoration depend on device and Google account settings. DeadlineKeeper has no server-based item recovery. Check your backup before deleting the app or changing devices and protect exported CSV files.
What permissions are needed to save or share a card?
Saving a share card may request storage write permission on older Android versions; photo-library read permission is not required. An image you choose to share is handled by the recipient app. Check it for private dates or amounts before sharing.
Android app · Google Play Pro
What does Android Pro include? Is reminder time paid?
Pro unlocks unlimited items and kept-close items, CSV import/export, and asset and spending statistics. The free version allows up to 10 items and one kept-close item. Reminders on the day or 3, 7 or 30 days before, and custom reminder time, do not currently require Pro on Android. See the separate iOS section for iOS entitlements.
How do I cancel a subscription or request a refund?
Android monthly and yearly subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing. With the purchasing Google account, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to cancel. Uninstalling does not cancel; access generally continues through the paid period. Refund eligibility and requests follow applicable Google Play policies. You may also email support about a purchase issue; do not send payment credentials.
How do I restore Pro? Do iOS purchases transfer?
Use the original purchasing Google account and choose Restore purchases on the Android Pro page to refresh access. Restoring a subscription does not restore local items. Apple iOS and Google Play Android subscriptions are not represented as cross-platform entitlements.
